How the form is processed

This website uses Netlify Forms to process submissions. Information may therefore be processed or stored by Netlify and its service providers in locations outside Australia or South Korea.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell enquiry information. We may share it only with service providers needed to operate the website or deliver an agreed project, or where disclosure is required by law. Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and record-keeping obligations.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, page use and completed project enquiries. Google Analytics may process information such as device and browser details, approximate location and interactions with this website. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in our website configuration, and we do not use analytics to identify you personally. You can restrict cookies through your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out tools.

Your choices

You may ask about the information associated with your enquiry or request a correction or deletion where appropriate. Submit a new enquiry through the website and clearly label it as a privacy request.

Please avoid sensitive information

Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive personal information through the project form.

Future updates

This notice must be reviewed if the business structure, contact methods, analytics setup, advertising tools or service providers change. It is a practical website notice and is not a substitute for legal advice about a specific business.
